If the REALTOR you are interviewing falls short, can’t substantiate or hedges in any way, you’re interviewing the wrong REALTOR! Make sure the REALTOR can back up any and all statements. Take a “show me” attitude! Don’t be shy, this could be the most important business decision of your life!

Realtor.com Showcase Listing: We enhance your listing on Realtor.com with up to 10 multiple photos. This will showcase you property to prospective buyers. We also add multiple photos to your listing on our websites.
Top Agent Email Brochure: We will professionally create, produce, and email an attractive color brochure to the Top Agents in the MLS. These agents may not notice your new listing in the MLS, but they will notice this brochure because it is emailed directly to them. -
Media Advertising: We advertise our services to generate even more Internet activity in the Homes and Land Guide, the Sarasota Herald, the Observer, the Pelican Press, Direct Mail and other local media advertising.
